No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win. You must have internet access in order to enter. Drawing is open to legal United States residents eighteen years of age or older.

Drawing is offered only electronically via the Internet and only within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Drawing is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States throughout the term of the Drawing, who, as of time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. You may enter Drawing in one of two ways:

1. by logging onto www.thequickchill.com and following the instructions to enter as listed on the promotional Web page. and click on the “SUBMIT” button to submit your entry. NO AUTOMATED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
2. by legibly hand-printing on a 3″ x 5″ card the words “COOL OFF™ Beach/Picnic Drawing,” along with your name, address, e-mail address (if you do not have an e-mail address, print “no e-mail address”, and telephone number and mail the entry to:

Restrictions:

All entries become the exclusive property of It’s 2 Cool, Ltd, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held on or before ten days after end of the Drawing. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner will have 14 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to sales@thequickchill.com or by regular mail.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner and guest agree to the use of their names, voices, or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final. Sponsor, their parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

1. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries;
2. telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;
3. failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
4. any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted;
5. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Drawing; or
6. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Drawing.

By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to release and hold Sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Web Marketing, Inc., Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
